I need a new tachometer

My tachometer is acting erratic. I've tried checking the wireing, shutting the bike off with the kill switch, and just about everything else I can think off, but it's still wildly erratic.

Does anyone other than Triumph make a tach that will fit in the dash of the America ?

Darn it - sure hope I didn't jinx it -- I had just commented on how nice it was that your America had one -- I know I've seen some after market ones - not sure about a non Triumph OEM one that would fit as the original one does - wonder how much the Triumph one would cost compared to an aftermarket -- the Triumph OEM on my SM is perfect and I've never had an issue with it !

I was surprised when mine started acting up. It's never been abused, so I have no idea what's happened to it.

My tachometer started acting up when it got moisture inside it after a rainstorm. It was replaced under warranty, and I haven't had any further problems for the last 2 years.

Sorry, but I don't know of any aftermarket tachs that will fit, but British Customs has the Triumph OEM tachs available.
